Day 1

TOKYO - ARRIVAL
Welcome to Tokyo - the ultramodern and the traditional at the same time capital of Japan! Your driver meets you at the arrivals hall and transfers you to your hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you check in and have the rest of the day at leisure to relax after your trip or start exploring the vibrant city on your own.

Day 2

TOKYO SIGHTSEEING TOUR
You meet your private guide and start your first half-day tour of Tokyo. First, you see from the outside the incredible Imperial Palace to get a taste of Japanese culture and glance at the precious interior of the building. Notably, The Imperial Palace has served as the residential place of successive Emperors since 1868.

Then you have a visit to the Tokyo Sky Tree, a television broadcasting tower, and the tallest structure in Japan. Its observation decks offering spectacular views over Tokyo are the highlights of the tower. You visit the deck located at the height of 350 meters (1148 feet), so make sure to have your camera and phone charged!

After that, you will visit Asakusa Temple, the oldest temple in Tokyo, and learn the legend of how this temple was built. The temple is known to bring good luck in almost anything, so make sure to make a wish! Here you can feel the traditional Japanese culture the moment you step onto the temple grounds.

We will also visit Ueno Park grounds were originally part of Kaneiji Temple, which used to be one of the city's largest and wealthiest temples and a family temple of the ruling Tokugawa clan during the Edo Period.

Day 3

MT. FUJI EXPLORATION
Visit Arakura Sengen Shrine (World Heritage Site) - This scenic park located on the mountainside of Mt. Arakura and in front of Mt. Fuji, offers a panoramic view of the city. A lot of people enjoy cherry blossoms in the park in spring.

Shimoyoshida Honcho Street - You may not have heard of Fujiyoshida Honcho Street, but chances are, you have probably seen the photo of Mount Fuji towering over a narrow shopping district. The nostalgic shopping street is the unwitting subject of perhaps one of the most recognizable photo of the beloved snow-capped mountain.

Nagasaki Park & Oishi Park - Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko with seasonal flowers and cherry blossoms.

After this incredible tour, we will head to our traditional Onsen Ryokan accommodation in Hakone. Staying at a ryokan in the onsen town Hakone, experiencing the Japanese style accommodation and immersing yourself in the hot spring. Then dress up in yukata (a casual version of the kimono), make your best pose and take memorial family photos!

Day 4

HAKONE AND MT FUJI EXPLORATION
Escape from Tokyo and immerse yourself in Japan's natural wonders with a full-day group tour of Mt. Fuji and Hakone. Ascend to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, 2,000 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy lunch break with stunning views of this World Heritage site.

Continue your journey with a serene Lake Ashi cruise, offering picturesque views, and traverse the Owakudani Valley via a ropeway, embracing its geothermal wonders. End your adventure at the revered Hakone Shrine, with its iconic Torii gate seemingly floating on water.

Train transfer - Bullet train to Kyoto! Today your driver will take you to the train station to continue your amazing trip!

Arrival in Kyoto - Upon arrival in Kyoto, a private driver meets you at the train station and takes you to the hotel.

Optional: Take a stroll in Gion's geisha secrets evening walk. As night descends, Kyoto's historic Gion district awakens with an air of quiet mystery and elegance.

Day 5

KYOTO SIGHTSEEING TOUR WITH ARASHIYAMA
You start with the Kyoto Imperial Palace, the Imperial Family's residence from 794 until 1868, during the times when Kyoto was the capital of Japan. Here you have a chance to explore the palace buildings (from the outside) and the gardens, which were just recently opened to the public.

After a break for lunch, you visit the Arashiyama, the second-most important sightseeing district in Kyoto that is filled with temples and shrines. The highlight of the district is the famed Bamboo Forest, one of the most photographed sights in Kyoto. Standing in the midst of this sprawling bamboo grove is like being in another world!

Your tour continues with visiting Kinkakuji, one of the top UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the most remarkable Buddhist temples, and a gorgeous golden must-see attraction! Here you will find peace, tranquillity, and spiritual renewal.

Day 6

KYOTO - MARUYAMA PARK & HIGASHIYAMA DISTRICT
Maruyama Park - This park is noted as the main center for cherry blossom viewing in Kyoto. The park's star attraction is a weeping cherry tree (shidarezakura) which becomes lit up at night.

Higashiyama District (Preserved Historic Streets) - Higashiyama District along the lower slopes of Kyoto's eastern mountains is one of the city's best-preserved historic districts. It is a great place to experience traditional Kyoto, with narrow lanes, wooden buildings, and traditional merchant shops invoking a feeling of the old capital city.

Day 7

KYOTO - TRIP TO NARA
Fushimi Inari Shrine - Famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main buildings.

Hasedera Temple Nara - Founded in AD 686, is often called the temple of flowers. The temple is perched near the top of a mountain, reached by a covered stairway, lined with stone lanterns and flowers.

Trip to Nara - Japan's first permanent capital, known as Heijo. Visit Todaiji Temple, built in 742 as the head of all provincial temples. The temple's main hall, the Daibutsuden, is the world's largest wooden building and houses a massive bronze Buddha statue. Todaiji is set within Nara Park, home to freely roaming deer.

Then visit Kasuga Taisha, Nara's most celebrated shrine, renowned for its countless bronze and stone lanterns.

Optional: Kimono Experience & Tea Ceremony

Kiyomizu-dera Temple (World Heritage Site) - In 1994, the temple was added to the list of UNESCO world heritage sites.

Transfer to Osaka - After the tour we head to Osaka. Upon arrival, your driver takes you to your centrally located hotel.

Day 8

OSAKA SAKURA ODYSSEY
Start your journey with a guide at Osaka Castle Park, where you'll delve into the city's rich history while admiring the majestic exterior of Osaka Castle. Discover the enchanting cherry blossoms of Osaka as you explore serene parks, historical landmarks, and beautiful riversides.

Begin at Kema Sakuranomiya Park, home to over 5,000 cherry trees along the Okawa River, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Next, pass by the Osaka Mint Bureau, known for its collection of 100+ sakura varieties.

Then, visit Shitennoji Temple, where around 50 cherry trees create a peaceful, spiritual setting. Head to the Expo '70 Commemorative Park, with over 5,000 cherry trees lining its paths, and enjoy the magical evening light-ups.

Aqua Liner - Enjoy seeing the seasonal scenery with a cruise along the Ogawa River aboard the Aqua Liner water bus.

Shinsekai - Osaka's "new world," a district that was developed before the war. At the district's center stands Tsutenkaku Tower, the nostalgia evoking symbol of Shinsekai.

OSAKA - FREE DAY
Free relax on your own. Recommended sites to explore on your own:

Shinsaibashi - The largest shopping area in Osaka, there are lot of traditional kimono tailors, western clothing and footwear retailers, restaurants and fast food outlets, jewelers, and boutiques featuring the latest fashions. It is great to take a casual stroll through here.

Dotonbori - A popular shopping and entertainment district and is also known as a food destination. At night it is lit by hundreds of neon lights and mechanized signs.

OSAKA - DEPARTURE HOME
After breakfast and check-out you head to the airport or continue the trip on your own.
